Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; prefer Masters or Doctorate.
• Proficient with Net Health and Point Click Care.
• Ability to read technical procedures and policy manuals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine speech therapy needs and rehabilitation potential.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans to improve function.
• Supervise CFY Speech Clinical Fellows and students.
• Communicate progress and discharge plans to physicians, families, and staff.
• Complete timely documentation in compliance with requirements.
