Qualifications

• MSW, MHC or master’s in psychology with at least 1 year of direct service to individuals with mental disabilities and at least 1 year in clinical supervision or consultation.
• Licensed Social Worker preferred; experience in housing-based case management and clinical consultation/supervision in a community mental health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and crisis management services to supported housing teams.
• Consult with staff on challenging cases involving high-risk individuals and co-morbid conditions.
• Organize and facilitate internal case conferences and design person-centered interventions.
• Participate in discharge planning decisions and external case conferences.
• Oversee risk assessment processes and ensure follow-through across staff.
• Provide staff training on independent living skills and wellness activities.
