Orthofix is seeking a Clinical Specialist II to provide clinical and technical product support across designated accounts in the US. You will train surgeons and OR staff on navigation technologies, support installations and labs, and collaborate with sales to grow case volumes while delivering excellent patient care.

The role requires 2–5 years in medical devices, strong MRI/CT knowledge, and travel across the United States, including on-call coverage as needed. A nursing background is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2–5 years in medical device/navigation or related field.
• Experience with MRI/CT, intraoperative imaging, stereotactic navigation, optics, or robotics.
• Hands-on hospital or OR experience.
• Willingness to travel across the United States.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site consulting to physicians and OR staff within designated accounts.
• Educate and train staff on navigation technologies during installations and events.
• Develop training resources for hospital staff on product use.
• Lead evaluations, labs, demos, and installations to demonstrate product value.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to communicate clinical feedback to product teams.
• Provide prompt, professional customer support and resolve issues.
