Job summary

Medtronic CST seeks a Clinical Specialist to support Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotic procedures in the field. The role requires residing in the territory and traveling to multiple accounts; a valid driver’s license is essential for travel.

You will provide clinical, technical and product knowledge support, build solid customer relationships, and train hospital staff on technology-enabled procedures, with a focus on improving surgical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site installations with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team members.
• Provide technical assistance during technology-enabled procedures.
• Maintain system hardware and software to maximize performance.
• Install software and hardware upgrades.
• Provide telephone clinical support to customers.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on our technology-enabled procedures.
