Job summary

Orthofix is seeking a Clinical Specialist II to deliver clinical and technical support for navigation technologies across the Northeast US. This remote role trains surgeons and OR staff, guides surgeries, and ensures proper use of 7D SeaSpine systems with travel across the United States to support customers.

You will educate physicians and hospital staff, lead demonstrations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product enhancements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or other relevant fields.
• Two to five years of experience in medical device/navigation or related field.
• Experience in MRI/CT, intra-operative imaging, stereotactic navigation, optics, or robotics.
• Hands-on hospital/OR experience.
• Experience in informatics—PACS, DICOM, networking.
• Strong communication of technical subjects to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site consulting and guidance to physicians and OR personnel.
• Educate/train physicians and hospital staff on navigation technologies and instruments.
• Develop training resources for hospital staff.
• Lead evaluations, labs, demos, and installations.
• Travel across the United States to support customers.
