Medtronic plc is seeking a Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies, to support Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotic procedures. This field-based role requires travel within the territory and a valid driver's license.

You will provide clinical, technical, and product knowledge support, build customer relationships, and deliver training across hospital staff and physicians. The position emphasizes on-site installations, software/hardware maintenance, and proactive service to maximize device

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of clinical/medical imaging experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and beyond as required.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate, support, and collaborate with NRCs for on-site installations.
• Represents Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
• Maintain system hardware and software to maximize performance; install upgrades.
• Provide telephone clinical support to customers; issue resolution.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on tech matters.
