Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Specialist for Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) in Boca Raton, FL. The role requires residence in the territory and travel to accounts, with a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel beyond the territory for broader engagement.

The specialist will deliver clinical, technical, and training support for Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotics products, maintain hardware/software, and collaborate with NRCs and Surgical Synergy teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements listed: High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years clinical/medical sales or imaging/navigation/robotics experience; Associate’s with 4+ years; Bachelor’s with 2+ years.
• Nice to have: RT and/or MRI certification; prior experience with Image Guided Systems; prior MRI experience; OR experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, and collaborate with NRCs for on-site installations.
• Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
• Educate and train physicians and hospital staff on the technology-enabled procedures.
• Maintain system hardware and software to maximize performance; install upgrades and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide telephone clinical support and report customer concerns for improvement.
