Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Specialist for Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotic Assisted Surgery. This field-based role requires travel within the territory, on-site customer support, and the ability to train physicians and hospital staff on advanced imaging and navigation technologies.

The ideal candidate will have clinical, medical sales or imaging/navigation/robotics experience, with RT/MRI certifications preferred, and a strong commitment to patient outcomes and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years in clinical, medical sales or imaging/navigation/robotics, or equivalent
• RT and/or MRI certification is advantageous
• Experience with Image Guided Systems and MRI OR OR in OR environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team for on-site installations
• Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures and provide technical assistance
• Maintain hardware/software to maximize system performance and install upgrades
• Provide telephone clinical support and training to customers
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on technology-enabled procedures
