Job summary

Medtronic CST is seeking a Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies, to support neuroscience and navigation/robotics products across designated accounts. This remote role requires residency within the territory and travel to multiple sites with a valid driver’s license essential for success.

You will provide training, technical support, and collaboration with CST teams, while representing Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures and ensuring compliance with quality systems and BCs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of clinical, medical sales, or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience; or an Associate Degree with 4 years; or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, technical, and product knowledge support to customers and train at all levels.
• Coordinate on-site installations and service with Enabling Technologies team.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on technology-enabled procedures and applications.
