Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Specialist, Enabling Technologies, within the Neuroscience/CST portfolio. The role supports customers with clinical, technical and product knowledge, performing on-site installations, maintenance, and training across the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years of clinical/medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience OR associate’s degree with 4+ years, OR bachelor’s degree with 2+ years.
• RT and/or MRI certification is nice to have.
• Experience with Image Guided Systems.
• MRI OR operating room experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team for on-site installations and customer support.
• Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
• Maintain hardware and software to maximize system performance and perform upgrades.
• Provide training and clinical support to physicians and hospital staff.
• Create and submit weekly site visit and customer contact reports for service improvement.
