Job summary

Medtronic CST in El Paso seeks a field-based Clinical Specialist to support neuroscience/navigation/robotics technologies. You will travel to sites, install and upgrade systems, train clinicians, and ensure top performance of imaging and navigation products across the region.

The role requires a high level of technical clinical knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to educate OR staff, radiology, and biomedical teams on complex procedures.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years clinical, medical sales or imaging experience; or
Associate’s degree with 4+ years experience; or Bachelor’s with 2+ years experience in clinical/medical imaging.
Nice to Have: RT/MRI certification; prior experience with image-guided systems and OR environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, support, and collaborate for on-site installations with customers.
Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
Maintain hardware/software to maximize system performance and install upgrades.
Provide telephone clinical support and educate hospital staff on technical matters.
Attend training, generate reports, and train surgeons and staff on procedures.
