Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Specialist for Neurosurgical technologies in the CST portfolio. This field-based role requires travel within the territory and beyond, with a valid driver’s license.

The candidate will provide clinical and technical support, train physicians and hospital staff, and maintain system hardware and software. Must have a driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within and outside the territory.
• High School Diploma or GED with 6+ years in clinical, medical sales, imaging/navigation/robotics; or higher degrees with related experience.
• RT and/or MRI certification is a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team for on-site installations.
• Provide clinical and technical assistance during technology-enabled procedures.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on our technology-enabled procedures.
• Maintain system hardware and software; perform updates and preventive maintenance.
• Serve as primary Medtronic liaison for repair and technical support issues.
• Prepare and submit weekly site visit and customer contact reports.
