We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join a growing specialty pharmacy team focused on providing care for patients with rare, orphan, and complex disease states. This is a clinically focused opportunity where you'll play an important role in optimizing medication therapy, educating patients, supporting access to specialized medications, and collaborating with providers and multidisciplinary care teams.
This is a hybrid position, typically structured as approximately 2 weeks onsite and 2 weeks working from home, although the structure may offer some flexibility based on business needs.
Approximately 6-8 weeks, fully onsite before transitioning to the hybrid schedule.
The schedule will rotate between the following Monday-Friday shifts:

Pharmacists will typically participate in on-call coverage during weeks when they are scheduled for the late shift. An additional on-call stipend is provided during assigned on-call weeks.
On-call needs are generally infrequent. If additional time is required to address an on-call situation, pharmacists are compensated for those hours in addition to the standard on-call stipend.
The pharmacy supports medications and programs focused specifically on rare and complex disease states, with new pharmacists supporting upcoming program launches. Therapies may include treatments for conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS), hereditary tyrosinemia type 1 (HT-1), and other rare diseases.
This position offers a blend of clinical pharmacy and dispensing responsibilities, with a greater emphasis on clinical work.
