Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Sales Account Manager to drive revenue and build trusted relationships with doctors and nurses across the assigned territory. You will leverage Baxter’s deep product portfolio to deliver comprehensive solutions that save and sustain lives.

You will travel up to 75% and collaborate with account executives and cross-functional teams to develop strategies, conduct business reviews, and ensure post-sales customer satisfaction while earning SIP incentive

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in sales or 8+ years of relevant sales experience.
• 4+ years of validated experience selling healthcare products preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and engage with healthcare professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Drive revenue attainment across assigned accounts by developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal sales and service partners to serve shared accounts.
• Lead customer business reviews and collect evidence-based outcomes data.
• Ensure post-sales customer happiness and improve ROI.
