Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Clinical Sales Account Manager to represent Baxter and its products. You will build trust with doctors and nurses, understand our deep portfolio, and deliver comprehensive solutions to customers in the assigned territory.

You will be the face of Baxter to healthcare professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering insights, and driving strategic sales to meet goals. Travel up to 75% is required, with incentives through the SIP plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or 8+ years in relevant sales experience.
• Preferred 4+ years of healthcare field sales experience.
• Capital/durable medical equipment solutions sales experience or 3 years of hospital leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue across assigned accounts by developing and executing sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal partners to serve shared accounts.
• Lead customer business reviews and collect outcomes data for the portfolio.
• Ensure post-sales customer happiness and ROI.
• Travel as required to lead territory and attend meetings.
