Becton, Dickinson, and Company is seeking a Clinical Specialist to advance Acute Urology’s clinical strategy across designated hospitals and IDNs. You will partner with executives and field teams to drive adoption of BD clinical solutions and standardization across regions, facilities, and care settings.

The role requires an RN with a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in process improvement, change management, or related healthcare disciplines. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with demonstrated success in process improvement, best-practice implementation, and change management within MedTech, healthcare, clinical practice, sales, or marketing.

Responsabilités

• Build and sustain strategic clinical partnerships across national accounts and designated strategic IDNs.
• Partner with leadership to develop aligned account strategies and execution plans.
• Serve as a clinical solution expert across the portfolio, including BD Acute Academy and BD Clinical Connect.
• Translate national agreements into scalable implementation plans for consistent regional execution.
• Lead or support enterprise-wide clinical discovery, standardization, education, and sustainment activities.
• Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations and clinical reports for leadership and stakeholders.
