Medline Industries, LP is seeking a clinical support professional in the San Diego area to own and advance Front Line Care activities, including customer support, clinical troubleshooting, and implementation support.

You will partner with health systems to improve outcomes on hospital-acquired conditions, build strong relationships with CNOs, ICU leaders and infection prevention teams, and lead educational efforts and workshops to drive adoption of clinical solutions.

• Clinical subject matter expertise related to safe and effective use of products.
• Ability to educate stakeholders on clinical solutions and product use.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain account-level relationships with clinical decision-makers.
• Support retention activities and participate in trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with field specialists to pitch, assess, and implement clinical solutions.
• Lead or participate in local trade shows and events.
• Coordinate expectations, resources, and follow-up actions with stakeholders.
• Participate in clinical business reviews.
