Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a clinical specialist to own support activities for Front Line Care in the Los Angeles area. You will partner with health systems to retain and grow the business through clinical troubleshooting, trials, implementation support and education.

You will collaborate with OneMedline partners and frontline care teams to improve patient outcomes, lead product demonstrations, and support site-specific clinical solutions.

Qualifications

• Clinical subject matter expertise on safe and effective use of products.
• Strong clinical acumen to educate on Front Line Care products.
• Ability to partner with health systems to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical subject matter expertise on safe and effective use of products.
• Build and maintain account-level relationships with clinical stakeholders.
• Support retention activities and participate in trials and implementations.
• Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to assess and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with various partners to address customer needs and grow business.
• Lead or attend local trade shows and events as needed.
• Ensure regular touchpoints with priority accounts.
• Coordinate clinical evaluations, implementation needs and follow-up actions.
• Participate in Front Line Care Clinical business reviews.
• Initiate and facilitate cross-functional communication among stakeholders.
