Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to lead store clinical operations and supervise the Doctor Technicians under the Brand Manager and Clinical Operations Department. You will train staff, ensure quality patient care, and drive daily and monthly clinical goals.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail management or clinical leadership, plus an associate degree or higher. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential, with flexibility for scheduling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to provide information on products and services.
• Drive store sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train Doctor Technicians on diagnostic testing, local mode, and PEG standards.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and confidentiality.
• Oversee training guidelines and clinical standards set by Physicians Eyecare Group.
• Support during the Manager on Duty shift to meet store goals.
• Ensure brand standards and basic store housekeeping.
• Coach cross-trained staff on contact lens insertion/removal.
• Manage diagnostic lens inventory weekly.
