Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to partner with the Brand Manager and guide the store team in delivering quality patient care while meeting clinical and sales goals. This on-site role emphasizes supervision, training, and adherence to HIPAA standards.

You will mentor Doctor Technicians, ensure clinical protocols are followed, manage patient records, and drive customer service excellence across daily operations at the Medford store.

Qualifications

• Retail or clinical leadership experience is required (1+ year).
• Associates degree or higher, or enrollment in a comparable program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Willingness to mentor and train others; flexible to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store team and support clinical goals with guidance from the Clinical Operations Department.
• Act as Manager on Duty to achieve store goals and assist with operational and sales targets.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train Doctor Technicians on diagnostic procedures and PEG clinical standards.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and confidentiality.
• Coach staff on contact lens insertion/removal and inventory management.
