Qualificações

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.
• MA Certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with EMR systems and medical office workflows.
• Strong patient care and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist manager and physicians to deliver high‑quality care with a patient/customer focus.
• Room patients promptly, document vitals, and prepare charts in EMR.
• Oversee daily schedule, staffing, and performance metrics for the area.
• Coordinate with staff, physicians, and external services; manage patient information.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and practice policies.
