Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications (required).
• Prior clinical experience, including shadowing/volunteering (strongly preferred).
• Scribe or transcription experience (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time, including history, assessment, plan, and exam.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes; prepare After Visit Summaries.
• Support clinical documentation improvement and review records.
• Provide administrative support to the care team; handle orders/referrals.
