Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/healthcare administration.
• 2 years of experience interacting with healthcare professionals.
• 2 years of experience with EPIC EMR applications.
• 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and monitor provider templates across the Providence Clinical Network.
• Investigate scheduling errors and make design recommendations to improve availability.
• Ensure access optimization and adherence to local/regional guidelines and objectives.
• Support template enhancements aligned with clinic needs and system platforms.
