The Template Builder position supports provider schedules across the Providence Clinical Network (PCN) Southern California service area, ensuring effective template management and schedule optimization for a diverse range of clinical specialties. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing appointment availability and streamlining the scheduling process while ensuring strategic organizational access goals are met throughout the region. The Template Builder is accountable for all template enhancement requests, ensuring compliance with both local and regional guidelines, as well as optimization standards. This position will ensure access optimization agreements are met, provider preferences are respected, and the unique operational needs of each clinic are addressed. Core responsibilities include implementing, maintaining, and monitoring provider templates, investigating errors, and making design recommendations to improve scheduling availability across all platforms.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent education/experience.
2 years of experience interacting with healthcare professionals, including physicians and all levels of healthcare staff.
2 years of experience with and demonstrated proficiency in EPIC EMR applications.
2 years of related experience.
