Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules high volume client appointments and maintains calendars.
• Receives and screens client calls/visits; verifies ID and demographics.
• Notifies changes such as no-shows and conflicts to staff.
• Prepares monthly scheduling reports and maintains electronic files.
• Performs clerical duties and supports other department tasks.
• Ensures patient privacy under HIPAA and infection control standards.
