Qualifications

• Some college training preferred or related administrative experience.
• Strong analytical skills are required.
• Well organized with ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the student and the Department of Clinical Education.
• Serve as the initial/primary point of contact for the student(s).
• Communicate with students and clinical sites regarding student schedules and evaluations.
• Coordinate rotation opportunities with individual preceptors.
• Follow up on missing student performance evaluations.
• Respond to a high volume of emails in a timely manner.
• Ensure matters reported by students and sites are communicated to leadership.
• Verify and complete onboarding paperwork for clinical rotations across platforms.
• Establish and maintain student tracking software for schedules.
• Participate in annual department review of forms and manuals.
• Review and edit forms/documents.
• Conduct meetings with students regarding rotations, academics, and residency advisement.
• Create detailed spreadsheets tracking student information, site details, and residency information.
• Collaborate with Registrar, Grade Coordinator, Assessment Coordinator, and Health Assessment Coordinator on admin tasks.
• Work within the team environment.
