Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Two years administrative/coordination related experience.
• Three years of Access database experience.
• One year experience supporting multiple individuals.
• Two years’ experience in higher education administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Main Accountability: Student information dissemination, questions and problems.
• Handle general questions from students via phone, fax, email, and walk-in.
• Accept completed request forms for time off, schedule changes, and away clerkships; route to Clerkship Coordinator.
• Provide leadership with reports on student scheduling and performance outcomes.
• Schedule clinical clerkships and assign students to monthly clerkships.
• Communicate with clinical faculty and students to ensure clerkship availability.
• Coordinate local and away clerkships between Clinical Coordinators.
• Manage hospital badging process for students and coordinators.
• Maintain and update department databases and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with IT on database development and reporting.
• Assist with monthly exam administration and proctoring.
• Assist with student credentialing and preceptor onboarding.
