BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Philadelphia, PA Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. You will lead a team of nurses delivering in-home care to adult clients across Philadelphia County.

In this role, you combine clinical expertise with leadership, mentorship, and professional growth. Expect hands-on supervision, staff development, and ongoing education for field nurses in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Medical-surgical experience required.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Philadelphia County.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional care.
• Visit adult clients and conduct clinical assessments throughout Philadelphia County.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Participate in training, mentoring, and development of nurses.
• Coordinate and deliver in-services and ongoing education for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:
