Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (RN Required) in Bethlehem, PA. This leadership role combines clinical practice with team development and care management for home health clients.

The ideal candidate will have an active RN license and at least 2 years of nursing experience, with a passion for home care, staff development, and quality care delivery. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with hybrid in-office/field duties and opportunities for career

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently looking to add aClinical Manager (RN Required) to our Bethlehem,PA,Assistive Care team. This team provides high-quality personal care and support services to clients in their homes throughout Bethlehem,PA, and surrounding communities.

Please Note: This is a Registered Nurse (RN) leadership position. We are specifically seeking experienced RNs who are passionate about home care, clinical leadership, staff development, and care management.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• You will visit our geriatric clients and conduct nursing assessments in Bethlehem,PA,and surrounding areas.
• You will develop, manage, and oversee client care plans while coordinating communication between clients, families, caregivers, clinicians, and office staff.
• You will provide clinical leadership and supervision to Home Health Aides and field staff to ensure exceptional quality of care.
• You will serve as a mentor and resource for caregivers, helping them develop professionally while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
• You will facilitate orientation and onboarding for new Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants.
• You will participate in training, coaching, competency development, and in-service education programs for field staff.
• You will collaborate with office leadership to support staffing decisions, client satisfaction, employee engagement, and quality improvement initiatives.
• You will maintain compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry best practices.
• You will develop leadership skills that position you for future advancement opportunities within BAYADA.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse required.
• Home Care, Home Health, Hospice, Private Duty, Case Management, or Community Health experience preferred.
• Supervisory, Charge Nurse, Clinical Lead, Preceptor, or Nurse Manager experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, care planning, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Passion for developing caregivers and supporting teams.
• Desire to grow within a leadership-focused nursing role.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care in the home setting.
