Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to step into a Clinical Manager role serving adult clients across Philadelphia County. The position combines clinical leadership with mentorship, care planning, and program oversight in a home-based setting.

The Clinical Manager will supervise nursing staff, conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and support onboarding and ongoing education for field staff.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Medical-surgical experience required.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional care.
• Visit adult clients and conduct clinical assessments throughout Philadelphia County.

• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.

As a Clinical Manager, you will:
