Covenant Health is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to lead and support clinical staffing, scheduling, and quality assurance across ambulatory clinics. This role focuses on staff development, process improvements, and adherence to clinical standards within the IMG practice network.

The position requires NH RN or LPN licensure, BLS/CPR/AED certification, and a minimum of several years in physician practice nursing with leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supports mission and values of Covenant Health Ministry.
• Participates in interviewing, onboarding, and training of new clinical staff.
• Oversees clinical competency and timekeeping.
• Maintains clinical scheduling and documentation.
• Acts as practice point person in absence of Practice Operations Manager.
• Evaluates performance appraisals for clinical staff with IMG leadership.
• Implements workflow improvements to enhance patient flow and follow-up care.
• Performs clinical duties as RN or LPN as required by practice needs.
• Leads staff meetings and introduces new workflows and policies.
• Ensures documentation quality and conducts quality controls.
