CommonSpirit Health is seeking an RN Manager, Clinic Practice in Colorado. This role provides administrative leadership across outpatient ambulatory practices within an integrated health system, focusing on quality care, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.

You will oversee site operations, budgets, staff supervision, physician relations, and regulatory compliance, while acting as a patient advocate and liaison with service lines and joint ventures.

Qualifications

• Nurse license required and active in good standing.
• Experience managing healthcare outpatient operations.
• Strong budget management and financial oversight in clinic settings.
• Ability to build relationships with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day activities of multiple practice sites within an assigned geographic area.
• Prepare and execute site budget.
• Develop and maintain physician relations to ensure engagement and lead staff engagements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and accrediting bodies.
• Responsible for management of financial aspects of daily clinic operations including coding, cash control, deposits, charge entry, financial reporting, petty cash, and Central Business Office communications.
• Develop and maintain a safety culture.
