Qualifications

• Active RN, LPN, or CMA license in the relevant state.
• Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2+ years clinical experience in a medical office or outpatient setting.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical supervision & workflow coordination: coordinate daily schedules for clinical support staff.
• Direct patient care & supply management: perform nursing duties and manage clinical supplies inventory.
• Compliance & safety oversight: ensure OSHA/CLIA and infection control standards are met.
• Staff training & professional development: onboard and train staff on workflows and protocols.
• Policy & procedure development: help create clinical policies for records and triage.
• Interdisciplinary communication & leadership: foster collaboration among staff and physicians.
