Nationwide Children\'s Hospital Inc. is seeking a Clinical Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day clinical and business operations, ensuring patient safety and quality while leading Community Practice activities.

You will provide professional nursing leadership, growth, and performance across all practice aspects to achieve objectives. The role requires nursing licensure (LPN/RN) and ACEN/CCNE-accredited education, with leadership experience preferred.

Formación

• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred; if ADN, BSN must be completed within 5 years of start date.
• LPN or RN license is required.
• Experience in a leadership position is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assists patients to move rapidly, uneventfully, safely, and as effectively as possible through their episode of care.
• Assesses, delegates, supervises, and provides patient care, plans for education, collaborates on plan for discharge, and provides for patient safety and quality.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, providing age-appropriate care to patients from birth through 21 years, and select adult patients.
• Supervises clinical operations, planning, evaluating, and controlling program services, and ensures that internal and external standards are met. May be assigned to one or more Community Practices which may include multiple locations.
• Recruits, hires, terminates, and trains both clinical and registration personnel as required to assure efficient and effective office workflow, according to office policy.
• Oversees the business and financial affairs of the Community Practice and fiscal management including accounting, budgeting, internal controls, and timely reporting.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
