Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System, part of Trinity Health Corp., is seeking a Coordinator Medical Practice – Operations to organize and direct daily patient flow at our Columbus location. You will work under the provider, Manager, and RN Clinical Lead to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced medical office.

Responsibilities include staffing and scheduling, addressing patient inquiries, and implementing clinic policies.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of practice experience required; experience in leading staff preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-directed and highly motivated with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to coordinate office operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient inquiries regarding medical care and prescriptions.
• Interview, train, and support office staff in coordination with the Manager.
• Create and maintain staffing schedules for the office.
• Coordinate activities to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.
• Implement policies and procedures under the Manager's direction.
• Demonstrate a positive customer service attitude and responsiveness to concerns.
• Recommend process improvements and monitor performance via reports.
