Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field.
• BCBA or LBA preferred.
• Minimum three years of progressive clinical experience in psychiatric child care; two years in a therapeutic milieu.

Responsibilities

• Supervise program-based online residential care counselor staff on a 24-hour basis.
• Implement and supervise individual behavior treatment plans and behavioral management.
• Lead staff development, orientations, and certification tracking with LMS.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director, nursing, and administration for staffing and safety.
• Maintain compliance with Joint Commission, DCYF and RI DDD requirements.
• Facilitate monthly staff meetings and participate in clinical rounds and treatment teams.
