Job summary

• Supervises online residential care counselor staff 24/7.
• Implements and supervises individual behavior treatment plans.
• Coordinates staffing for residents’ medical appointments and on-call coverage.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, DCYF, and RI DDD requirements.
• Promotes patient safety, education, and family engagement.
