Responsibilities

• Cover shifts at residential programs as assigned and may travel between programs.
• Facilitate ADL skill-building and daily medication routines.
• Participate on a multi-disciplinary team to develop and review treatment plans.
• Provide, coordinate and monitor treatment services for all clients.
• Assist in household maintenance, crisis resolution and safety management.
• Schedule and facilitate treatment plan meetings and document plans/reviews.
• Screen for substance abuse and provide assessment and referrals.
