Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff training and ensure completion of required trainings and LMS courses.
• Lead staff meetings and coordinate scheduling to ensure safe, compliant patient care.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory and hospital policies and manage staffing for patient care needs.
