Job summary

NYU Langone Health's Grossman School of Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Research Operations to provide operational oversight for the CRSU within the Industry Clinical Research Unit in New York, NY.

You will supervise operations staff, coordinate intake and budget development, negotiate sponsor terms, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and drive process improvements to shorten study startup timelines while preserving accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience budgeting and negotiating terms.
• Experience in clinical research and/or billing compliance.
• Detail-oriented with ownership.
• Ability to manage time, multi-task, and prioritize.
• Excellent communication across all levels.
• Experience supervising staff.
