Community Memorial Health System is seeking a mid-level Application Systems Analyst II - Research to support the organization’s growing clinical research program. You will provide SME-level application support, workflow analysis, and system validation for Epic Research and related systems, collaborating with clinical, operational, and research stakeholders.

Responsibilities include testing, documentation, and guiding end users while contributing to scalable technology solutions and standardized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years HIT experience.
• Three years of application support, workflow analysis, and integrated solutions development.
• ITIL Foundation Certification, or must obtain within six months from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provides SME-level application support across assigned clinical research modules.
• Coordinates testing for enhancements and fixes.
• Drafts functional specifications and documentation.
• Mentors junior analysts in best practices and workflow support.
• Supports development and expansion of clinical research systems and workflows.
