Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical research experience in pharma, CRO, or clinical site.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with CTMS, e-Regulatory systems, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Designs clinical trial and financial calendars in the CTMS (VELOS) system.
• Develops and maintains standard operating procedures.
• Lead data quality efforts and metrics for clinical research applications.
• Trains staff on e-research applications and workflows.
• Manage small to medium projects from inception through completion.
• Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and end users on requirements and testing.
• Provide ongoing support for entering clinical research information into applications.
