Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT/CS or related field.
• 2+ years of progressively responsible related work experience.
• Knowledge of Epic software and health care information systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk, with 24/7 on-call coverage as needed.
• Provide analytical assistance to junior team members to resolve incidents, maintenance items, and enhancements.
• Perform daily monitoring of applications in production use.
• Coordinate application support with Infrastructure, Integration, Reporting, and Help Desk teams.
• Lead small to medium software upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows including design, build, and test phases.
• Modify tables/master files under guidance of senior team members.
