Job summary

Community Memorial Healthcare is seeking an Application Systems Analyst II – Research to support the organization’s clinical research programs. You will provide SME-level application support, system validation, configuration, and data analysis for Epic Research, CTMS, and related systems.

Collaborate with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle stakeholders to optimize technology solutions and standardized workflows. This role emphasizes testing, documentation, and training across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Three (3) years of Health Information Technology (HIT) experience.
• Three (3) years of application support, workflow analysis, project involvement, and integrated solutions development and analysis.
• ITIL Foundation Certification, or must obtain within six (6) months from hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provides SME-level application support across assigned modules, with primary responsibility for clinical research applications and workflows.
• Escalates appropriately, following SLA and support protocols.
• Uses the ServiceNow ITSM platform for daily ticket management.
• Coordinates and executes testing for enhancements and fixes.
• Drafts and refines functional specifications and documentation.
• Mentors junior analysts in best practices and workflow support.
• Leads readiness tasks and documentation updates.
• Collaborates with clinical, operational, research, revenue cycle, and technical stakeholders.
