Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. in Milwaukee seeks an administrative professional to support the clinical research trials program, handling day-to-day tasks and helping the team meet program goals.

You will recruit, screen, enroll, and consent participants, coordinate study procedures, manage data, ensure IRB compliance, and assist in preparing study documents while collaborating with investigators and departments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher; relevant experience may substitute.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• CITI training completed within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, enroll and obtain consent from participants.
• Coordinate research protocols including arranging appointments and procedures with other departments.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data; report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify problems in systems/procedures related to protocol implementation and inform investigators.
• Ensure compliance with IRB and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing IRB documents and in writing/reviewing research protocols.
• Collaborate on development of program materials including educational and marketing materials.
• Maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program; manage timeline.
• Coordinate outreach activities, acting as a liaison with community organizations.
• Other duties as assigned.
