Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• CITI training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient visits to clinic.
• Organize study participant charts and files, and distribute to appropriate location.
• Enter required data from study coordinators and research nurses into clinical research forms and database.
• Verify accuracy of bills and stipends.
• Generate letters to study participants.
• Assist in enrolling patients in educational and social intervention research studies.
• Contact patients after initial contact to obtain additional information.
• Provide general clerical support to nurses and investigators.
• Order and maintain log of stipend checks/gift certificates.
• Compile outreach packets, recruitment and specimen collection kits.
• Other duties as assigned.
