Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a capable administrator to coordinate the day-to-day activities of the clinical research trials program.

In this role you will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage study budgets, and provide essential support to investigators to help reach the program’s goals. You will oversee participant recruitment, consent, data collection, regulatory compliance, and outreach activities with community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years of experience preferred.
• CITI training completed within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred experience in inpatient clinical trials and regulatory work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, screening, enrolling and consenting participants.
• Coordinate training for program participants.
• Coordinate research protocols and appointments with other departments.
• Oversee data collection, analysis and dissemination of results.
• Prepare IRB documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage program budgets and outreach activities with funding agencies.
• Organize meetings, site visits and special events.
