Job summary

Insight Global is seeking two Clinical Research Finance Analysts in New York to support the Clinical Research Finance team for industry-sponsored trials. The role focuses on managing accounts receivable and collections tied to clinical trials and coordinating with internal study teams and external sponsors.

The position requires AR/collections experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with onsite work at One Park Ave, NYC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
• Experience managing aging reports, delinquent accounts, and collections portfolios
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze account activity and identify payment discrepancies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally communicate with internal stakeholders and external sponsors
• Experience investigating unpaid invoices, resolving disputes, and driving payment resolution
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to escal
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Review accounts receivable aging reports and monitor outstanding invoices
• Partner with internal study teams and external sponsors to resolve payment discrepancies
• Investigate reasons for unpaid payments, verify supporting documentation, and drive resolution
• Communicate issues, findings, and next steps clearly to multiple teams, vendors, and sponsors
