Job summary

BRANY is seeking a Clinical Trial Research Billing Analyst to join the Melville, NY finance team. The role focuses on managing budgets for clinical trials, generating sponsor invoices, and ensuring timely payments using BRANY’s software.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business and at least three years in finance or clinical research finance, with strong Excel skills and the ability to learn internal systems. Hybrid work is required, with two days per month in the Melville office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business (Finance or Accounting) from an accredited university.
• Minimum three years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Clinical Research Financial Management.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; ability to learn proprietary software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Review sponsor budgets for accuracy against BRANY software.
• Generate monthly invoices to study sponsors.
• Manage collections and follow up on past due invoices.
• Reconcile payments and perform final financial reconciliation after trials.
• Support additional departmental projects as needed.
