Job summary

Iterative Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Finance Specialist to own end-to-end accounts receivable across sponsor-funded studies and internal sites. You will ensure accurate billing, timely cash application, and resolution of outstanding balances in a multi-site environment, partnering with Clinical Operations, Site Finance, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years in accounts receivable, billing operations, or finance in multi-entity settings.
• Strong Excel data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with sponsors/CROs.
• Proven ability to manage operational finance processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Own AR operations for sponsor-funded studies and internal sites.
• Monitor and reconcile study balances and collections; resolve discrepancies.
• Post cash receipts in RealTime CTMS and related financial systems.
• Prepare and issue invoices with sponsor communications and internal teams.
• Analyze AR aging and payment trends; escalate risks.
• Serve as main contact for sponsors and CROs on billing.
